Terms & Conditions
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Nehemiah Foundation("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Legacy OS (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & authority
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and — if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation — that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. The Service
Legacy OS provides discipleship, prayer, fasting, family, church and ministry tools delivered as software-as-a-service. Specific features available to you depend on your plan and may change over time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
- send spam, harass other users, or post unlawful, hateful or infringing content;
- upload malware, attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures;
- scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the Service, or attempt to circumvent technical limits;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
5. Account & content
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including all software, branding, documentation and underlying IP. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your plan.
7. Payments, billing and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing frequency, taxes, renewals and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data before deletion.
9. Warranties & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is capped at the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
