We want you to be confident in your subscription to Legacy OS, operated by Nehemiah Foundation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Contact us at ebikake@gmail.com and we'll help you raise the request with Paddle.

Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account's "Manage subscription" link. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds outside the 30-day window

We may consider refunds outside the 30-day window at our discretion — for example, in cases of accidental renewal or a service issue we were unable to resolve. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.

How long refunds take

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear.
